Simple Five-Step Process

For amicably divorcing couples…we have your solution

1

Schedule an Initial Meeting

Schedule an initial meeting where we can learn about your situation, answer any questions you have, and get clarity on the desired outcomes of each party. At that meeting, we’ll give you a list of documents to provide to us and client data sheets to complete.

2

Gather Relevant Documents

Time to gather your relevant documents to provide to us via secure, online shared storage (or you can provide hard copies if you prefer).

3

Your CDFA at Work

Now it’s our turn. We will complete all of the data entry, analysis, and report preparation for a joint negotiation meeting.

4

Schedule a Negotiation Session

We schedule a two-hour presentation/negotiation session where we present our findings and offer one or more settlement options to consider. We work with you to reach a financially viable solution.

5

Documentation Preparation and Filing

Review and document preparation/filing by a family law attorney(s) is always recommended. The entire process can be completed in as little as four weeks…seriously.
